Product Introduction

High-precision constant temperature salt bath is a high-precision temperature calibration device, which has the characteristics of good temperature stability, uniform temperature field, high temperature control accuracy, etc. The digital temperature controller realizes automatic temperature control according to the PID regulation law, with compact structure, convenient operation and intuitive bath temperature reading. It is suitable for various measurement, biochemistry, petroleum, meteorology, energy, environmental protection, medicine and other departments and manufacturers of thermometers and temperature controllers to detect physical parameters, and can provide a constant temperature source for other experimental research work.

Product Structure

The product adopts an advanced automatic control system with a friendly interface, easy operation and high control accuracy. It is mainly composed of a heating system, a temperature control system and a stirring system. The tank body is divided into a mixing area and a working area. In the mixing area, the heat generated by the heater heats up the solid salt (medium) in the tank and melts it into a salt solution. When the temperature of the salt solution rises to a temperature close to the set temperature, the temperature control system controls the heater to work according to the temperature measured by the temperature sensor. After the strong stirring of the stirring system, the salt solution (medium) is fully uniformed and sent to the working area with less external interference. Thus, a liquid space with stable temperature and uniform temperature field is obtained.

After the calibration work is completed, the salt solution begins to cool until it solidifies into a whole solid salt. When the next calibration is performed, the solid salt melts again until it is completely liquid.
